Got changed $45 for a credit report, first of all, which we never got, they just tell you, your approval is good. For this place? To stay for a month would be horrific, and then put us next to a guy that has like 9 cats! They we're all over his trailer. No thanks. The place is a dump. Sorry guys, but clean up your campground.
I got love and respect for this place everyday I wake up. They have great family’s living there and they seem to help out when I was looking for something. I like that the speed limit is 5mph so when my daughter is playing I’m not as worried of her being hit.I love the out doors an sharing peace and that’s what I practice when I’m there.
No road, it washed out in the storm and my friends were trapped. The owner refuses to fix it. County health dept has condemned the property because of raw sewage leaking into the creek. Gross. Lots of permanent residents - very marginalized people and families. Hope they can find a way out. Unsafe and unhealthy
This place is horrible. No street access. Everything has been vandalized. I feel bad for the few people still living there.
I used to live there & I miss it. It's a small community with nice people & I miss it. Everyone sticks together for the greater cause. Theresa makes sure everyone is taken care of. The bathrooms & laundry facility's are well taken care of. Owner also has water tested EVERY MONTH to assure it is good & the well water is nice to drink. Alot of the residents have lived there for years. I believe the 250k was wasted on the temporary bridge so Theresa has to pay for it & then spend MORE MONEY fixing the culvert on top of that. I truly believe she's being forced out of her business when most of the people have no place to go. 2 days to move belongings was absurd & there's still trailers & cars in there. Not only did residents SCRAMBLE to find a new place to live they had to leave things behind. I'm writing this because I believe Theresa & her tenants were treated like 3rd world people.
