The Craig KOA campground is a regular stop for us whenever we are traveling through Colorado. Chad and Kristi are friendly, accommodating, and hard-working hosts who have made wonderful improvements to the park. The park is dog-friendly with a lovely walking path along the railroad tracks and a very nice dog park. This year, we were treated to one of the spaces they have updated with concrete pads, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. The spaces are good size and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We highly recommend the Craig KOA Journey and look forward to visiting next year.

Stayed a couple of nights. Best dog run for pets. The service was above and beyond. Everyone with smiles. Will be staying again next year. Very quiet and peaceful with lots of shade.

Not a horrible campground. Not great either.

We stayed for 9 days during a deer/elk hunt in Nov 2023.

We didn't have a portable fire ring at our site. We told mgmt about it the 2nd day we were here. He said he would find us one. The second to last day we were there, we robbed one from a recently vacated site.

The bathroom and showers were fully functional and sometimes clean...ish.

The office/store hours changed halfway through our stay to only being open a few hours a day. It seemed they were always closed when we needed something. It was annoying to have to run to town.

The greedy California hunters next to us ruined our hunt by running their UTV up and down our hunting area, and forcing all the other hunters out. Not the campground's fault, but the campground manager is good buddies with these jerks. It says a lot when you associate with people like that

I used to camp on BLM land. I will go back to that from now on.

Had to stay overnight here as we were passing through because all the local motels were fully booked out during the local balloon festival. Can say that the amenities of this RV park/campground met my expectations and were very clean. As we arrived late at night checking after-hours was easy. Had a goodnight sleep under the stars.
