Cozy Cottage at WLE

I have already recommended Shawnee and Cozy Cabins to 2 of our friends. They were professional, hard working and kind. We had many road blocks to overcome but Daryl and his crew took each one in stride and did what needed done. The crew worked together effortlessly. They knew what needed done and when, then they did it! It was refreshing to see them work together! The quality and beauty of our new home is far beyond what we could have imagined! We were updated daily on the website once the construction began. My best friends and I visited the house during construction. We wrote scriptures all thru our new home. During construction, the crew took pictures of the writings and posted them. That was very special! THANK YOU to Cozy Cabins, Shawnee and Daryl and crew for everything!

Cozy Cabins was by far the best choice for us. We checked out all of their choices online and they sent us pricing and floor plans. We then went and toured their on site models.

We traveled again and met with Dean and he gave us his undivided attention and answered all of our questions. He then sent us plans for our Musketeer along with pricing that included everything from construction, delivery and setup to our land in Canton, Pa.

Fast forward almost two years until we made the final decision. Dean spent a lot of time adjusting the size and floor plan until we came up with exactly what we needed to accommodate the location where we wanted the cabin placed.

We tell my in-laws we are going up to the cabin this weekend and they say “You’re still calling it a cabin”!

The quality and craftsmanship is superb. The construction left several contractors amazed.

We are very happy we chose Cozy Cabins and their team to complete this venture.

WOW Beautiful! WOW Spectacular!

We researched and looked at Cozy Cabins for a few years before we decided to move forward with our dream cabin. We met with Dean in Lancaster PA and he made the process easy, fun and exciting. He really knows his cabins! We knew we wanted the Chalet model as we always dreamed of the big picture window wall. We decided to 'pull the trigger' and stop by Cozy Cabins in Lancaster and start talking money and design. We added a few extra windows and moved a few things around including our entrance door so it fit our property layout. Dean and the team at Cozy were easy to work with especially when we had questions along the way. We decided to put it on a full basement. When it was close to our time for delivery, Dave came up to check out the land and make sure we were okay for the equipment, trailers and crane that were need for installation. WOW we were amazed at how efficient, professional and fast the teams were reassembling the cabin on our property in a day! We had another team stay with us for two weeks to do all the finishing work. They became like family and we enjoyed them and had all our meals together. We were very thankful for their attention to detail and hard work. Although this is a factory built cabin, brought to our property in two halves; there still is a lot of things you need to know and do prior to installation and post to get your CO. Cozy Cabin designs were basically ready for permits meeting our state and local requirements. Dean was always available for us.

We have our dream home now and it is sincerely spectacular. Our experience with Cozy Cabins LLC has been amazing and we are happy to share our experience with others. We call our new home, "Chic Chalet", as it's a shabby chic cozy cabin and we are very grateful to everyone that helped build our dream home! Thank you all! Cheers!

I know this review is a little late but I feel I need to give credit where credit us due. We received our cabin in February 2020. We are extremely happy with our cabin. Not only is it beautiful but it is very well constructed. As you can see from the pictures everything inside is completely wood. All fixtures are high quality. We had a previous cabin from Cozy Cabins that we lost to an electrical malfunction that was not due to any fault of Cozy Cabins. We lost our first cabin in November 2019. Even though Cozy Cabins had a backlog they were able to replace our cabin in 3 months. Everything went so smoothly. I give a high kudos to the owner, Dave, and all of his staff who go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have a very well built and beautiful cabin. Some lights were erroneously missed when our cabin was delivered and Dave made a special trip to deliver them to our site. Wonderful people to work with.
