I have stayed here a few times thru out the years and have always liked it. Conveniently located, quiet, dead end street and reasonably priced with a shower and a place to wash clothes. What else could you ask for? I will live there again next time im in Baton Rouge.
I have been living here seven months now and I couldn't be happier about living here! It's almost at the end of a dead end road so traffic is not a big problem. It's quite and all the neighbors are all respectful of each others privacy, but friendly enough to get to know a few. The owners are always ready to help with any problem or questions you might have. There is an on site washing facility and shower house, and if the washer or dryer aren't working properly Mr. Jerry get right on the problem to get it fixed. My only gripe is the WiFi could definitely be better, but its included in the rent so I can't complain too much!

Me and my husband stayed here for about 3 months while he was working in Baton Rouge and it was great! It’s really quiet and peaceful. There is also a field where we were able to let our dog use the bathroom and run around. It’s close to everything(stores, restaurants, fast food places, and even topgolf) but it’s still far enough from everything where it’s more on the secluded and quiet side. The area can also be well trusted and the owner tends to keep an eye on your camper and any belongings you keep outside if you have to be away from your camper for a few days or so. Any issues we had, the owner was quick to fix! We’d 100% stay here again!
The park is off of a busy highway however close to LSU, Baton Rouge and anything you could need or want. Terry was super helpful and accommodated us for a long weekend in the area. We arrived a bit late after some trouble and found the park to be home to regular, hard working people. I didn't feel uncomfortable or concerned for my family's safety at all. The green space across the street was a great place for the dog to run and enjoy some grass.
There was a slight power issue outside of the parks control and Terry was on top of it and even kept polite pressure on the utility workers to make sure it got corrected quickly.
When we come back we will stay here again if available.
