We stayed here with our 38 ft toyhauler in a back in space on the center row. We had to place extra blocks under the driver side rig tires to help level it out. The services are placed in an odd location which forces you to use at least a 15-20 ft sewer hose. There is no WIFI here, so if you work remotely as we do you will need Hotspot. The laundry room was clean and roomy, but no way to get quarters for the machines. They have very large open grassy areas great to walk your dogs around. There is a .3 mile loop around the park if you are a walker or runner. I am giving 3 stars bc this is just a place to park, not even all the basic amenities. A short stay here would be fine, but I would have to find somewhere else for longer term.

The owner, Mrs Mary Sonnier has gone above and beyond to help me. They earned my 5 stars before I stayed a single night. Ownership has been nothing but welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. If nothing else, I recommend staying here for the hospitality and customer service. They are OUTSTANDING!

During our move, we contacted several RV parks to stay at while we look for a home. Mary was accommodating and welcoming from our first conversation. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of room to walk the dogs, close to shopping but still far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Mark had a great spot for us right away. Several reasonably priced coin operated washers and dryers on site. Friendly family run park that will treat you as such. If you don't have a camper, you can rent a cute cabin, instead.
