When it was new it was pretty decent, definitely got a bit sketchy afterwards. After the Storm had many of its homes either destroyed or in desperate need of repair. Afterwards a local business owner and investor bought the property and has most definitely changed up things. The property is not nearly as full as it once was and still needs a facelift, but overall the property has been thinned out and the trailers needing extensive repair or tear down have been removed, and the rest have been fixed. Most definitely has potential of becoming what it could be once again
This is a nice and quiet park. Very accommodating and nice staff. The two nice ponds are a beautiful bonus!
I called this park 3 times left messages and emailed for a reservation. I never got a call back. Obviously terrible customer service.
I love this place. It is without a doubt the quietest mobile home park I've ever lived in. I don't care what anyone says, Miss Liz is a wonderful landlady. She gets a bad rap because she enforces the rules. But she also has to live by those same rules. At the end of the day she will go above and beyond to help you anyway she can. The front door on my trailer had a gap at the bottom of it the day I went to look at it. The next day I started moving and when I got there the maintenance man had put a whole new door and doorframe. If there's a maintenance issue it's taken care of promptly.
Great price, good place for walks and children, little park close to our trailer ... easy to watch them play. Two duck ponds with lots of ducks, fishing... very peaceful and quietmost the time. Only 10 minutes to i-10 *Very wet through* ...it trains alot ands it's low lying property! At least twice road has had water all the way across the main road heading to park. ( we could still drive, but crazy)
