Look this is a great place to live and the cost is very reasonable
The picture tells the story. They regularly raise rent/prices while no additional "amenities" are received. Suggest going elsewhere.
This is a very quiet neighborhood and very kid friendly also well kept.
This mobile home park is well run and very quiet. Excellent support from staff.. Background checks are required. Lot rent is around $225 monthly. Dumpster on site or you can contract with Waste Management.
