Red River South Marina-Resort

Called week prior asking for spot. Nothing open but there was possible opening for next weekend. Lady took name and card information, said I was on list. Did not tell me to call back or anything. I called back today and was met with aggression as I inquired if the gentlemen I was told would be leaving had left. She further continued to yell at me as if I was an idiot and explained to me that if she didn't have a spot, even possible spot, she wouldn't have put a reservation into system. I tried to ask why was my information taken and lead to believe I was on a "list". The resulting aggression prompted me to politely end the conversation. Unprofessional and unwarranted.

Stayed in a mobile home with friends for a few days. Stair landing was missing a board and the steps needed repair; the first step was canted forward. The roof was gone from the porch, though the supporting posts were still there. Most of the porch light fixture was missing, and two wires were hanging. The common area floors had not been swept before we arrived, and lamp bulbs were burnt out. We also saw rented cabins that were missing steps. The place just doesn't seem as well-maintained as it was a few years ago.
