If you are a travel nurse...this is the best place for your money compared with the choices in this town!
Only thing yo say about the t.v. park is don't stay!. Just sand, no space, and it's dirty and $50 a night. Who are they kidding?
When I had my travel assignment, I stay here for 13 weeks, the owners are great people, the rooms are very clean. I had access to internet and a phone to call home long distance. I would recommend this motel to any and everyone.
It's a nice place for an overnight. There is no doubt it is a 1950's Motel that has been updated. It is comfortable, but as far as lighting, available plugs etc one must keep in mind what it is. The proprietor was very friendly and informative. The price for room was way out of line, $140/night, but it is hunting season. I don't know what normal rate is, if I were paying out of pocket I wouldn't pay more than $50-70 total.
