Cozy, clean and spacious cabin! We stayed in #11. It was just what we needed after a not so great start to our vacation! Perfect location, a few minutes to town in each direction. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay was great, cabin could use a couple updates but it got the job done. We were in 10, nice view out the front windows and can see the park from the balcony. Very little Internet access (wireless or mobile data with Verizon). Some of our phones got service enough to do internet searches/navigation and others did not. So plan for that (they state this on their website as well). We live on a highway so we didn't even really notice noise from the highway. Just a short drive to Mt Rushmore, and even shorter to Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, and several other attractions.

We stayed in cabin #17. The cabin was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the price is reasonable, and the location was great for the activities we had planned. The staff was very accommodating - we didn’t arrive before the office closes at 5, so I called about an hour before and they helped us check-in over the phone. I really appreciated that we didn’t need to rush to make it!

It’s cozy - just the one room and bathroom, but we really didn’t need more - we don’t spend that much time at the cabin anyway. As others have mentioned, you are right on the highway but traffic really dies down after 6-7pm so it doesn’t affect your sleep or anything. Cell/internet service is spotty, but that’s the case everywhere in the Hills.

We would definitely stay here again!

Very enjoyable experience. Dillon was great to talk to. We just had libations and an order of soda bread...but we came later for a wedding reception and the food was very good! A unique pub.

Loved everything about our stay there! We stayed a couple weeks ago for two nights, I reserved ahead of time and conveniently got to let ourselves into the cabin at anytime on the day of our arrival. There were two sets of bedding provided, towels, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups and wine glasses and any utensils we could need. We cooked our own food in the cabin to save money and it was great. They are right off the highway but the traffic noise was never an issue and made everything very close to drive to. I will be saving this place in my maps to stay at again and recommend to anyone who is traveling in this area. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!
