Stayed here a few months. We were on a monthly contract of 750/month. Now mind you daily rate is 50 or so a night. We found property to move to. We stayed 9 days into our contract. When leaving they stated we would get a refund. A week later we went to check on the refund and they now are stating they will only refund our deposit 14 days later. Deposit of 200. Now mind you I paid for that spot for a month. They rented it out already we checked. If you aren't going to refund that spot should remain empty until the month is up. Bad business. 👎

While it is pretty packed, what do I expect from an RV resort? Lol.

It is a very inviting atmosphere. Very professional landscape. And actually almost hidden in the middle of Post Falls.

This is a fairly large campground in a convenient location just off I-90 between Spokane and Couer d'Alene. Clean campground with level sites. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we asked to slide our dates. It has an indoor pool. The only issue was that the entrance driveway in front of the office where you park to check in has a canapy that's only 13 feet height. We are 13' 2". There is a very small wooden sign on a chain that says 13 feet but it's so small I thought it said 15 feet. Thankfully we noticed it before we pulled all the way in. There is an alternate driveway you can use so we backed up and used that one. They have a really long driveway so it would be nice if they put a warning sign before you were almost underneath it.

Fairly nice. Not exceptional. Laundry expensive and the closest to us only accepted digital payment with an app. When I tried to install it, it wanted a tic Tok installation first. Way too much trouble! Spaces fairly small and not well planned. Note to this app: RV spaces don't have anything to do with "rooms", so some of your questions are irrelevant.
