Tubing was great but the spot we got was not the best and my goodness the bathrooms showers looked like they haven't been updated since 1990 instead of adding arcades and rec building maybe should take some time to upgrade restroom that you have and build another one like a shower house
We have been to this Campground several times I will have to say this is the worst experience we've had this weekend all the bathrooms were excessively nasty and dirty as you can see in the pictures the owner up on arrival was very pleasant understanding it's getting close to closing season but there's no reason your campers that were there should have to put up with filthy disgusting bathrooms as far as I can see if this is how they want to operate their business we will never return to this Campground
What a great time a Chinook campground this weekend! So many activities for kids and the Halloween spookiness was fantastic!!! They really put up so many cool things. Definitely a must go each year!
Nice shade throughout the park, but the Bathrooms were always dirty, never been to camp site where they are that dirty, should have like a 4hr check in or something, the showers need up keeping very bad. And cleaning stuff should be put in a closet or out of site! Pool is disgusting, the shower to Rinse off don't even look like it works.
The game room could use some new wi does and flooring also.
Probably won't return
I give it a 2 and it’s only for our good spot. We were a group of 18 people and we got spot G19. Which was the most private spot in the camp.
Here are the problems I found with the camp area:
- Very weak in cleaning services
- Only two bathrooms building for the whole campsite and the rest of the campsite was full of transportable blue bathrooms stations.
- we went for a ride with tubes on the river. The river was full of big tree trunks that put us in enough inconvenience. They didn’t even tell us about these things, and how to tie the tubes together and didn’t even patrolled once. We were on the river for full four hours.
- they were only accepting cash!!
- the wood prices was 5times more than outside of the camp.
