This was a nice campground. Lots of trees, fairly level sites and friendly staff. We stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. It's a no frills park, but it's a nice place to stay.

We needed a place for two nights but didn't have reservations. They squeezed us in and we were very grateful. Nice washrooms and close to the ferry to Mackinaw Island.

This campground was darling and located in a great spot close to casinos, the ferry to Mackinac Island, hiking trails and lots of fun sightseeing options. We had lot 51 located right on Lake Huron and it was a beautiful view. The sunrises were amazing. The campground is clean and everyone was super friendly. Can’t wait to go back again!

we enjoyed our stay. The shallow water at the lake was perfect for the kids to play and kayak.

The staff was super nice and the laundry room was great. The showers could use an upgrade, since you have to constantly press a button to turn on the water without being able to keep it on. Everything else was great!

We had a nice site facing the lake with mature trees around us. Even so, traffic noise from the nearby highway was a near-constant distraction. The campground is not well laid out in terms of getting to the garbage dumpster or dump station--lots of tight turns. Restrooms were clean. Location offered an easy drive into St. Ignace and the scenic drive on Hwy 2 from the Cut River Bridge to the (Mackinac) Bridge View Park. (Nice stops for hiking along the way and interesting history of the Mackinac Bridge in the pavilion at the Bridge View Park.)
