My family stayed here this last weekend and we loved the campsite. It’s beautiful with handsome shelters and grounds. Each campsite includes a very nice +\-24x24 covered platform. Room enough for (3) four person tents or (1) 6 person & (1) 8 person tent. There is also room for more tents and/or chairs around a campfire and grill next to the platform. It rained one night while we were there and it was so nice to still not need a fly on our tent as the weather came in. The roof is high enough that when its not raining, you can sleep sheltered and still see the moon. Platforms are the way to go car camping! There are four or five platforms overall, each spaced for enough away for privacy but close enough together if you were a group.

The bathrooms are nicer than the ones at our house! Handsome, spacious and comfortable. Better even than many hotels we have stayed at. Large 4x7 tile and glass showers with Moen digital control systems with benches to put your things on. Very nice. A welcomed bonus as one is generally not thrilled with bathrooms at most campsites.

Lots of very nice common space with plenty of power outlets at the (2) common, sheltered buildings. Each common building has a generous porch with a stainless steel sink perfect for setting up meals or to still have fun if it rains. The tent platforms are aligned along a handsome stream (great for sleeping) with a short hike to a beautiful moss covered waterfall.

We did some activities off site while there but in retrospect, we could have spent the whole weekend at the campsite and loved every minute.

Last bonus, the campsite has nice grills and fire pits for cooking (at each platform and at the common area, but if you don't want to cook, takeout or the grocery store is only 10 minutes away. It’s set up well to come as a small group or a large group taking the whole campsite. This is perfect for a few families, or a reunion or a retreat.

The hosts were great and really helpful. Really can’t say enough. We had a great weekend (we needed one) and we will be back!

First time camping as a family and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The grounds were lush with waterfalls and breathtaking views at every turn. We set up under a pavilion (I think they have 5) and slept to the sound of a babbling brook. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL with spa worthy showers. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners, who were extremely gracious, hospitable and accommodating. We honestly cannot wait to go back. Next time, it may just be for a romantic getaway. Heaven on earth for sure.

While the weather didn't cooperate, we had a wonderful time at this campground. If you are looking for a place with great amenities but still the rustic feel of camping next to a roaring creek, this is your place. Their pavilions are great so that you aren't stuck in the rain, if the crazy summer storms pop up. And our onsite host, Matt, was super friendly and very helpful. This is probably the nicest campground we've ever stayed at, and totally worth the price!

Spent a wonderful 3 days here with some friends we haven’t seen in what felt like forever. With everything that’s going on getting out and spending time with friends but safely was a very welcome change.

The grounds are fantastic, well cared for and perfectly spaced out for multiple groups. The tent platforms are large and well elevated. The one we used was right next to a small stream with a rock bridge and small waterfall which was very relaxing. The bathrooms are phenomenal, something I didn’t expect but were on par with any 4 star hotel. Large showers, large vanity, endless hot water and flushing toilets. Was very impressed with everything.

I look forward to spending more time here with friends and family. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

What a weekend! My family desperately needed a COVID safe getaway so we decided to retreat to the woods. Cherryfield Luxury Group Camping exceeded our expectations. The shelters and grounds were prestine and the covered platforms were definately the way to go car camping. Our tents stayed neat and the covered shelter kept us dry and cozy as we watched the rain on our second night without a fly on our tent.

This campsite has thought of everything. There are grills an firepits beside each platform (each platform is large enough for 3 four person tents) and there are two common shelters with electricity and GORGEOUS bathrooms. It is funny to say, but the bathrooms were nicer than many hotels we've stayed at... large tiled shower with digital temperature controls, excellent water pressure from the large rain shower head, and, as a bonus, surround shower heads for that extra special something. I have never been excited by a shower or bathroom at a campground, but I made sure to shower before leaving because the experience was so zen.

There is ample lawn space to play games, set up additional tents, and spread out for privacy, even during larger group gatherings. There are grills and grill tops by each fire pit making campfire or grill cooking easy, but delicious local restaurants just 10 minutes away also offer catering style menus that makie car camping and group gatherings even easier (the local BBQ and Italian were terrific). The grounds are meticulously kept and there are sturdy bear boxes to protect food and trash to help keep unwanted visitors from troubling guests.

While we enjoyed some activities away from Cherryfied, we could have easily spent the entire weekend at the campsite. Not only are the grounds spectacular, but there is an easy walking trail to a lovely moss covered waterfall just steps away from the campgroud. The sound of the waterfall can be heard from the campground. It added ambient atmosphere and lulled us to sleep each night. The hosts were terrific and offered many suggestions for take out meals and activities. My only criticism is that the weekend went by too quickly. I did not realize how much my family needed an escape of this sort until we got the Cherryfield. I recomment Cherryfield without reservation. Take good care of this special place. We cannot wait to return.
