Great value. Facilities are well maintained. Sand site was clean and level. Landscaping between RV sites offered privacy. Pool area was terrific, although lower pool was closed for repairs.

Greatest strength was Guest Services Representative, Christina who was terrific to work with from initial contact and reservations, through checkin and checkout. Christina was very helpful, attentive and professional!

Stayed for 1 night in December. Christina at the front desk was outstanding. She was not only pleasant and personable, but she went above and beyond in two separate instances. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that I cannot speak to the rest of the resort. We were in and out and unfortunately unable to enjoy it for longer.

We stayed here for a week and even extended it for another day because we liked it that much! Christina was super friendly and took care of all of our needs!

We had issues with our ac because of a breaker and she even offered me her fan or a window unit! Who does that? That was Awesome! With a staff like this who needs to go anywhere else? We will be back!

Thank you!

Stayed here for 3 months and loved it, swam and used the hot tub in the lower club house 24 hrs a day. The staff was always hard at work keeping the place running smoothly but a special shout out to Christina Wilson who's hard work, ability to multi-task while always maintaining a friendly customer first attitude at the front desk put the customer service over the top. I highly recommend Catalina Spa and RV Resort for your vacation needs.

My wife and I came to Catalina RV Resort November 4th expecting to stay a month. After spending a week at this beautiful resort, and quickly feeling like a sense of community from all the great guests, we cancelled reservations for other parks and stayed two additional months.

The park is just as good the positive reviews say, those who write comments “doesn’t look as good as the web site” they are right it looks better! The pool areas, landscaping, ponds newly resurfaced interior roads, pickle ball courts upper and lower club house and outdoor commons area exceed expectations.

In terms of theft we never heard of or saw anything questionable during our stay.

Kevin and Maria General Managers do a great job keeping the costs fair along with balancing all the challenges with operating the park. They don’t ask for a deposits or charge for power.

Christina runs the office and is as awesome as all the reviews say. She puts a lot of effort into ensuring you enjoy your stay.

Georgia the recreation coordinator is one of nicest folks you could ever meet. She is always thinking of the next great activity to make your stay more enjoyable, and I might add a great pickle ball instructor as well.

Sherry works frequently helping in the front office and along with Bill and Danny work tirelessly to maintain the park and keep on top of all the daily maintenance.

Pool water quality is immaculate thanks to the efforts of an outside contractor who comes in every morning around 5:30 am

As first-time snow birders we could not have chosen a better place to come. Yes there are many choices in the greater Palms Springs area to park the RV. You will be hard pressed though to find another park this nice at the value, and with such welcoming guests.
