I saw all the signs enticing me to stop at Carroll's. I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service everyone was polite and helpful. Specialty items I haven't been able to find anywhere else like the Troyer ghost pepper cheese curds and jalapeno bacon. They gave recipes, had some hot food, and gave samples. There was a little country store as well. I wish they were closer 😪 you can order online, but it's not the same. I love this place!
This place is awesome. You can get lost in here. They have a huge selection of spices, jams, spreads, sauces and syrups. The meat cause is mouth watering. Everything from Steaks to Sausage. They also have a room just with gifts and trinkets. If you’re in the area and have a cooler with you or a short drive home stop and get you some. Enjoy

My monthly pit stop for a couple of sausage sandwiches for lunch hits the spot while driving up to Dekalb Peachtree Airport for Aviation business. I bring a cooler with ice packs and I load up with great cuts of Steak, pork, sausages, and other fine Carroll's products. Great friendly staff, large Butcher section with awesome selections, love the new lights and love the new added room with plenty of good old country goodies!!! I'm gonna grill when I get home!!!

Great road stop for tasty fun! I had stopped here many years ago and was excited to make it part of a Thanksgiving road trip this year. The smoked sausages and many choices of bacon are excellent. We also picked up some sauces, tried some samples, and got a bacon cheddar sausage on bun to go as a snack. Loads of flavor every bite. They also had nice, clean bathrooms and everybody was happy to help.
