First time camping in Vermont and this place exceeded our expectations. We heard a nice stream all night long that surrounds the campground with many people fly fishing. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. The sites were pretty spread out, everyone was quiet but it is early in the season. We have been to a lot of campgrounds, and this bathroom was so clean and smelled wonderful! We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

First, I have to say the campground is great and I am sad to have to give it a bad review. Here is my experience.

The office staff messed up the dates for a reservation I made for 2 sites. I was disappointed but mistakes happen.

They charged my card and have been unresponsive to my requests for a refund. I called twice, emailed twice, texted, and even drove 7 hours for an in-person visit to request they do the right thing and reimburse me for the $. I was assured at the in-person visit they would "make it right"... but they kept my money.

What a terrible way to treat your customers. I won't be back.

From the young ladies in the office, the well maintained rest rooms, activities and surrounding nature this was one of my favorite campsites I've been to. A combination of my family, friends and I have gone camping every summer since I was 5. This campground is tip notch, highly recommended!! There are also several places you a enjoy the water, it was a fast moving current while we were there but we walked in the shallow areas. Very refreshing.
