First time camping at silver bowl campground. Well water ,vault toilets, large camping sites, close to lake access, lots of tree cover. Had a great time.
Quiet, lovely campground next to Silver Lake. The 18 campsites are a typical mix of central and secluded spaces. We opted for #14, a pleasantly quiet and spacious site, with a good mix of sun and shade for days with temperatures in the mid-high 70s. Plenty of breathing room in most of the sites, though not all have sufficient level areas for tents. Vault toilets were clean and well-maintained, and well was pumping water, though we did not partake. Silver Bowl Campground is a gem.
