The camp grown could use some updating, but all and all it was a beautiful place to stay. The river was really nice. It was good for swimming and fishing.

Potato Patch is one of our favorites! Close to Chico, awesome creek to hike through. Beautiful sites with tables, campfire rings and spigots at between each site! Smaller travel trailers can easily fit at most sites as well!

The weekend we visited, there were only a few people so it was nice, quiet and private. Only downside is you were literally right next to the road in some of the campsites and can hear the car noise day and night.

Nice campground if you want to be kept up all night by people who play loud music and party til 3am.

This place needs a campground host.

With all the rain this year (2023) the river is very cold and unsafe to swim. Pictures are from May 23 2023
