Thank you for a great overnight stay on my trip along I-5. Lauren (if my memory serves me correctly) was great on the phone taking my reservation as I was driving down the road.

I had read previous reviews about this place and it happened to be a bit of a stretch to reach on my road trip and I'm glad I stopped here. The sites are evenly spaced with most having shade from trees (late August). My site had freshly mown grass that my dog loved after being in the RV for hours. Power and water worked perfectly.

My only gripe is that the showers are extra and require quarters. After paying for a premium site ($70 after tax), I feel like the showers should be included. The shower timer also doesn't notify you when it's about to run out of time and just shuts off.

Thank you for a quiet off the freeway overnight stay. I'll be back for sure!

This is a nice, quiet campground. The spots are plenty big enough and the staff is nice. Orland is a small country town. There are a handful of restaurants that are good food but not your fancy, Mechelen star restaurants. There is a large lake west of the campground. Chico is about 45 minutes east and that town has more shopping, movie theaters, etc.

10 stars for this lovely park! We had a nice long and level spot with a wonderful shade tree next to us. The office has a nicely stocked store AND offers wine tasting as a huge bonus! The young woman working in the office was absolutely delightful and so helpful. The overall park is very clean and well maintained and has a nice pool for the guests. It's very conveniently located about 5 minutes off I-5. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff very nice. Park is well kept and dog play area is nice. Only downside is being very close to your neighbor, with only a few feet between slides. But not really an issue for overnight stop. We have stopped here 3 times and park has always been quiet.
