A great place to take a stroll to the river bank and maybe cast a pole. The view is simply remarkable. There are picnic tables to have a bite of lunch as well.
A beautiful water acess area off the main roads in the South Fork area near Allardt . Swimming, during the spring and summer. Paved parking area. Restrooms 🚻. Walking and Hiking area fishing in some locations.
Great trail! Not too hard except the bit up and over the hill but that parts short lived. Starting by the bridge makes for a more gradual climb and steeper descent. One small set of steps/ladder but it’s well built and shouldn’t be a problem
Oct 8, 2022 Was mine and my kids 1st visit. My husband has many childhood memories here and around the area. It was nice to see and hear him talk about the memories. This is a beautiful area especially in the fall time!
