From Jefferson, TX, travel 4 miles northwest on Highway 49. Turn left onto FM 729 and continue for about 7 miles, then turn left again onto FM 726. After nearly 5 miles turn right at the stop sign and follow signs to the park.
The grounds are clean. People are nice.. The campsites aren't piled on top of each other. And the mornings were breathtaking
Amazing weekend!
Visited 2 wineries near by. Beautiful weekend clean campground!
Great campsites. Clean with plenty of room between campers. The bathrooms are ok and clean. The tent pads are nice feature for centers.
Perfect weather. Spots were clean. Bathrooms needed some attention but the park was packed. We love Brushy Creek, so glad they are back open. ❤️
This has become one of my absolute favorite campgrounds. It’s very well-maintained and even if you don’t have a lakeside camping site, most sites do have a view of the lake. Great connectivity too.
