We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

This campground sucks for one reason, the manager. She needs to remember she is working at a campground.

We have stayed at this place over a dozen times. No more, we have found a new place on the cape to meet our needs. We are heading out on our 10th time across the country and we have never experienced such a unprofessional and rude employee (The manager). By the sounds of other reviews she is not winning over other guests. Manager, you said I should speak with KOA corporate, we are doing that.

Potential guests, Check out Sun Retreats cape cod, it has sites more spread out, better maintained, great customer service, more trees, it’s closer to the ocean and island ferries and a beautiful cranberry bog across the street.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper.

Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly

Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker.

Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities.

Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
