First night was a bit rough and sites are very very tight but overall a great expierence, the events and activities were so much fun and the families we met were wonderful.its. A great community of fellow campers always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needs some guidance and our daughter had so much fun, they really love doing things that include the kids and for the kids and we felt so welcome and at home. Only few issues some of which are behind control of anyone were the extremely latterly bugs, it’s a very woodsy campground and the bugs were brutal this year, also if you expect to be able to use your cell phone or work from home don’t bank on it at all even with the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t too much of a bother because cell worked fine but messaging and data did not which can be frustrating if you don’t know the area but should not be a deal breaker. Weekends can be extremely crowded so to have the best site possible try to get there on a weekday and stay through a a weekend. We can’t wait to go back and we hope Kim makes it even better next year.

This thousand Trails is a very small campground that has a very big family appeal. The park manager Kim runs a tight crew. She's managed to beautify this park over the last couple of years and really turn it around. Well they may be on a waitlist to get their pool repaired it's still worth it for the pond and the quietness of it all. It feels like you're in a national forest without being in a national forest. Plenty of weaken activities and the facilities are more than enough to accommodate anybody. All the cabins are new and refurbished and amazing. We can't wait to get here and we've been to a lot of beautiful places but this is the place that makes it feel like we are home.

5 stars for the bathhouse. Cleanest TT location I’ve seen yet. Laundromat was clean and spacious too, tons of machines! Showers were SO clean and each stall even had its own light. And adjustable shower head!!! After traveling around different TT locations we’ve learned to take advantage of a nice bathroom lol. Staff was also friendly and thoughtful with the spot they gave us based on what we needed. Very pleased!

Thank you Kim for the great hospitality you and your employees showed us. My family and I really enjoyed the camp site and the activities that were available on site. We had so much fun using the row boat and pedal boat which we had never used so we were grateful for that experience. I just wanna give a loud shout out to you and your wonderful employees who are doing a great job keeping this camp place nice and tidy for every one to enjoy. Thank you from the Escobar family 🙏
