Finally found the boot arch and the cyclops just right off the dirt road on Movie Rd
Not too difficult to get to once you found it. The parking area is small and could be very crowded for astrophotography.
Well, it’s true to its name. Looks like a boot. A little bit of a drive to get to, but the dirt roads aren’t too rough. We did it in a Benz GLE with no problems.
Easy to get to. No trails. Be careful with the vegetation around and watch out for rattle snakes. No bathroom around. Dirt parking.
