Outdated old mobile homes for sale,and New mobile homes for sale, move in with days simply fill out a application for residence and loan paperwork, stop in at the office, if their away or after hours. I lived there for 10 years. Was a great Experience. It was owned by state representative Jeff espich at that time. Has changed owners 3 times since then. But the Most recent and current owners are renovating landscaping and bringing a new Mobile homes in and bringing positive updates and positive new Residents. Check them out. :-)
The home isn't bad. Don't expect a quick response or help with almost anything though. Anytime something breaks or is wrong its like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of somebody to get the problem remedied. And when they decide they need to visit they usually give you less than 24 hours to know they are coming in.
Just moved here. No problems. Happy to have a home. Peace and Quiet, finally away from Government Funded apartments.
