Good camping spot, previous users have messed up the trail and area, leaving huge tire tracks and beer cans. Better sites around, but for a short trip, not bad

I went to this pond and fished where there weren't any over grown grass or weeds...which was no where. It has such great potential and you get such good bites but the overgrowth is insane. I dont know who had failed to maintain it but so many people would fish there if you'd actually maintain it. Where do my tax dollars go????

Great, secluded place. It's wild though, bring bug juice! One real set up campsite by the lake, a couple by the parking lot, but if you don't mind a park and pack... and bugs. Beautiful butterflies and flora. Lots of spruce and bushes. No amenities.

We’ve stayed here 2-3 times. The last time we set camp for a week and only saw one guy who would come fish after work for a bit and it was only for 2 days. It’s very relaxing and off the beaten path of typical Brown County. Unfortunately you cannot drive back to the pond so we had to set up in the parking area. There is plenty of room around the pond for ground tents and such if that’s your thing. I hunted squirrel and dove a couple days we were there and was not successful, although I was doing it more to just get in the woods and have one alone time. It’s one of ou favorite places to go in Brown County and we look forward to going back in the fall.
