Came through Rapid City on cross country road trip, got in late. They proactively called me, gave me information for key and lockbox. I did not adequately say that I was traveling with the dog, and they added the dog on last minute and extremely gracious about it. Lovely room, would come again. Very high value.
Basic hotel. Clean, but the bed was old, the toilet was small and did not work very well. The room was also over-fragranced when we arrived, but we were able to air it out and found the fragrance was not hiding other odors. The breakfast from 7-9 had a decent variety of items.
I stayed here for five nights in the summer and had an excellent stay.
Rooms were very clean.
I definitely would stay here again.
Privately owned small, older motel. The owner is very active in the management of this motel and makes the breakfasts herself. The breakfast room is small but clean and shenworks hard to provide fresh food. Each room has it's own entrance. The rooms have been nicely decorated and are very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a small table and two chairs. The view from this hill is beautiful. The deck and picnic tables are a nice touch. The four days we spent here were very pleasant amd relaxing.
My sister and I were having difficulty booking other hotels, and not only was this place easy to book, but it had great service, amazing location/view, and very clean! We only stayed here for one night as we are doing a little road trip, but we were pleasantly surprised about how well the service was. The lady at the front desk was probably the nicest customer service I’ve ever had. She was so kind and even asked if we wanted free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was also very versatile and so yummy! In the rooms as well, there’s a list of activities to do such as hiking, swimming, etc.! I recommend that if people want to stay in Rapid City, to choose this place.
