Epic views! Trail increases in difficulty as you progress further down FS 324 from FS 1500. If you have the capability to air down, it would improve your ride. Bugs are definitely a thing, so prepare accordingly.
Easy going up. Some rutted and rocky portions but not difficult on motorcycle. Would have been much worse wet. Views are fantastic and can see Mt Adams and Mt Rainier.
Almost anywhere you look at this elevation there is such a beautiful view. This is most definitely a 4X4 trail. Sadly the recent ridge fire has destroyed most of the forest in the are clear over past Timberwolf Mt.
There was a fire in 2021 that burned many of the trees along the ridge. The 4W325 trail has many great views. Things like Mt. Adams, Divide Ridge, Goat Rocks, Rimrock Lake and more.
