Very nice managers who live on-site. Family and pet friendly. This is not a senior only park, and there is no free dinner!

Free WIFI, but no cable TV. We didn't have a problem getting NBC and ABC in thru antennae. Park is quiet with no barking dogs nor yelling children. There were no train tracks close by to keep us awake, but one across the highway. It was not a noisy problem. There is no pool, no hot tub, no playground. The sites are gravel or dirt but mostly level. Our pull-thru site was long enough to stay hooked up: 40 feet plus big Ford dually. Definitely long enough for big rigs.

We didn't use the bathrooms or laundry. The dog park was nice for all size dogs, no sand burrs, and they had a camera in there to catch dog owners not picking up after their dogs. That's a great idea. Wish all parks would do that.

It was so easy off the highway and back on in the morning. There are a few older RVs here, some run down and look bad, but we felt safe in the park.

I'm giving them 4 stars because of the run down RVs, no cable, no playground, no pool or hot tub.

We would stay here again when passing thru.

Spent 3 days there. Friendly, clean, safe, well maintained park. And April and Dallas, who run the park, are very nice folks! They are knowledgeable of the area and very helpful. We had a great stay there while looking at real estate in the area. Highly recommended.

Benson is a railroad town on the UP double track mainline so no matter where you go you will hear quite a few trains.

That being said, this park is very well maintained with excellent management, clean bathrooms,clean/CHEAP laundry facilities and easy access to just about anything you want to do.

If you believe in the old adage "rules are made to be broken" no reputable park wants you.If you are respectful and live by "do unto others..." then I can't recommend this place enough.Thank you Dallas,April and your team.
