This place used to be one of my family's favorite places to just ride through and see animals of all types but now you barely even get to see a squirrel all the beauty of this place has All but disappeared what a shame.
Even though we got a map of campsites from the visitor center, we couldn't find half of them. Great place for hiking and biking. And a great relief when you finally find a spot to relax. Aggressive signs threatening to take away camping from the forest at spots. I get it but as someone who cleans up, I'm a little disappointed for both sides that this is the way it has to be handled.
Great place to mountain bike. Love the trails here. Very technical in some parts.
