Just recently parked here while working. The park is small and intimate with a beautiful view of the river. Recently updated with new hookups, the drive and pads are all gravel. Most sites have the front of the campers facing the river. The backside is a beautiful field that I was told would be planted providing more privacy from the nearby road. Driving in after dark is absolutely picturesque with the lights illuminating the edge of the river. The park has gates at the entrance, but I haven't yet seen them closed. I think they may close after 10:00p.m. A great place for the travel nurse looking for a quiet place to be.

Update: be aware flooding can and does occur here. I was told it was like a 100 year thing, but I have discovered it is more like once or twice a year. Fortunately, water did not get into my camper, but I was away and didn't fully realize what was going on until afterward.

This place is a gem! Surrounded by beautiful nature, excellent proximity to the parkway, and cute towns like Waynesville, and close to Asheville! Management is incredibly accommodating, and the people here are lovely. We are here for a few months and want to keep extending because it really feels like home.

Came to fish for a week. Great location to Lake Logan. Very clean, nice management, and beauty scenery. Will for sure return to this small, quaint rv park.
