Do you enjoy miles of unpaved roads? How about a parking lot in a cow pasture? This canyon is horribly neglected - there was only one bolted rappel and we had to pray for dear life that the other rappels would work. I don't know who decided to dig this canyon in the middle of nowhere like this but it should be backfilled.
Dead animals in the canyon, quite a long hike, lots of unflat ground to snap an ankle, and lots of places to get hurt. No parking, not cell service. Lots of dirt, gravel, rocks.
Solid canyon. Not for hiking- this is a great beginners canyon for canyonering. Bring lots of water and know the route before you go because it’s easy to get lost in your way back to the car.
Slots, beautiful rocks, cool trails, nice water, built anchors. Great nature. Keep it great.
Really cool hike. Def not for amateurs, kids, or people who can’t climb rocks. There’s a lot of tight places where you need to wedge yourself between the slot to climb up and down. Wouldn’t recommend going here by yourself or if you haven’t been with someone who’s gone before. Not easy to find.
