Just 15 miles west of Show Low on Hwy 260 and 15 miles east of Overgaard. Turn N on Hwy 160 (Sawmill Rd) and go 1 mile. Campground is located between mileposts 325 & 324.
Very nice campground!! Wonderful owners!!! Very accommodating!!
Thank you for not allowing Pit Bulls in your facility. It is your property and you have that right. If you do not feel it safe for yourselves and those of us who choose to own a non agressive breed, "Thank You!"
You have my business and we appreciate your concern.
This rustic campground with full hookups is wonderful. The sites have lots of shade and there is plenty of room between sites. The hosts Mike and Susan have happy hour every night at 4 just outside their home so you get to meet your neighbors. It is very quiet at night and you can hear the elk calling from the meadow and the coyotes yipping. We highly recommend this campground and will definitely be back. If you want concrete pads and the sterile campground experience- go elsewhere.
Under new ownership. These folks treated us like family and we really enjoyed our stay.
They spent a lot of time with me on the phone before hand to make sure they had a spot I would be happy with. I feel like it’s a little tight to move around with my rig but we were able to get in and out. Only used the facilities once on the way out and it was clean and in order. I would like to visit again if we can get a big flat spot. The water pressure was great and the sewer and power worked fine. The WIFI did not work and low cell phone signals. Be prepared with StarLink or something if you need to work remote.
Absolutely the best campground we've stayed at in Arizona. The owners are on site, very friendly and always willing to help with your needs.
Bathrooms/showers are under full remodel (no photos at this time), lots of mature trees and shade, not far from Show Low, Heber-Overgaard or forests. Very, very quiet and peaceful.
Full hookup sites and propane fill station on site.
Would absolutely recommend, and will return next fall.
