House is condemnable by law. Park mgr refuses to fix the main issue so house continues to rot and fall apart. House should have been releveled years ago but would prob just fall completely apart if attempted now. Rent was upped to cover trash service I may use only once a month if they wait for can to be full. Pipes constantly leaking rotting out floors but that not due to house being unlevel. That's only because the seals to the pipes have been compromised. Hello they are compromised because house is unlevel breaking those seals. All I can say about that is good thing they pay the water bill not me. Skirting to house needs replaced. A neighbor has also looked under house when helping to thaw out pipes and said the sewer drain in the ground needs to be completely redone. They acknowledge I deserve a better home to live in but want to charge me more for rent to move to another place that's just otherwise sitting there empty. I would think under the circumstances they would be willing to accept what I pay now for rent than leave the place empty. Kind of a win for both parties I'd think.

We've lived here for about a year. Getting ready to leave. Honestly you pay for what you get. 3 bd 2 bath duplex for $650/month you pay water electric and gas and mow your own lawn. New landlady doesn't fix anything, houses are beat down, no insulation so high heating and cooling bills, definitely wouldn't pass inspection.

But, when we were risking going homeless yet at the same time didn't want to sign a year long lease, this place fit what we needed. It's relatively quiet here and close to Fort Riley. Weigh your options.
