I'm giving it a 3 because of the inconvenience of the wifi. It's a full hook up park with no frills or thrills. The laundry room was filthy and in disrepair and more expensive then laundry in town. The park offers free wifi, however, we were only able to get internet access about 4 to 5 hrs a day.

Definitely a no frills overnight campsite. Their current regular rate is $40, I think that's a little steep for what this place is. They use an open sewer pit for their sewage system and it was too smelly for us.

The sites are fairly level and it's a quick exit off the freeway but that's not enough to make us go back again.

We were 'stranded' with a flat tire. We changed it, but didn't want to keep traveling until we fixed the spare, so we needed a place to stay the night until the nearby tire repair place opened in the morning. This was very inexpensive, full hook-ups and level spots. Very basic 'parking' area - full hookups, no picnic tables, no shower house, no "camp store" - it is strictly come in and hook up. I didn't see if there were fire pits or not. Cash only. It was a godsend to be able to have a safe and comfortable place to park/stay until we could get our tire fixed.

Based off of personal experience on Nov 12, 2014 -

I was driving down the 35 in my brand new Tesla. I was in desperate need of a Charger. Back then, there weren't that many Supercharger stations, or EV charging stations. I found the RV park, hoping that it would have 50amp plugs so I could charge my car. I showed up, and the place was mostly empty, but clean and well kept. The bathrooms were immaculate. I found the owner, and asked if I could charge and I could pay him for it - he graciously agreed. He was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Even gave me a ride to the gas station across the Freeway while my car charged. He let me stay as long as I needed the charge, and after several hours, my "stay" at the RV Park couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend this park.

Just what we were looking for. Low cost $35 quiet no frills campground with full hookups right off I-35 4 miles north of Oklahoma. We had been out for a week on our way to our sons and needed to dump tanks. Several long pull throughs. Organized on a well mowed field with level rocked pads. No showers available. Peaceful setting. Friendly owner greeted us we drove up. Bring your chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. As a RV owner should have a pressure regulator available to hook up water to protect your pipes. Come and kick your feet up to enjoy the fall colors.
