Feels very rustic, very UP NORTH. Most of the sites are pretty within the woods. Some sites have access to the bay, but there is no beach at the campground. You have to drive to the beach. You can howeve launch your kayak or paddle board from the campground.

Any time of the year is amazing to visit Lake Wenatchee! Summer obviously for the beach, trails and camping. Winter is when you can come here to sledge, snowshoe, or just enjoy the serenity of no crowds. Didn’t camp here yet but definitely will. The parking space is limited and there is parking fee (parking machine). The camp store is open year round and has nice fire going on outside.
