Great family friendly camping location. I've visited multiple times throughout the years.

The road to reach this location is easily accessible for most vehicles. A Toyota Camry typically will not have any issue as of early 2023. Higher clearance and AWD is not necessary in my opinion.

Each campsite has a fire ring, a concrete bench, and shaded pavilion. The restrooms are non-flushable and shared. Cleanliness varies, but generally it's not the best nor worst.

There are lots of things to do (mentioned in other reviews and online). My favorite things are hiking to the peaks for some spectacular views at sunset and walking the canyons. There's also a small cave.

Bring lots of water, be courteous to other campers, and please clean up when you leave.
