I lived at this complex two years and it was honestly quite a learning experience. I luckily lived upstairs so I only had problems with bugs a couple times. The complex is quite dirty at times people just throw trash everywhere even right outside the dumpsters. My car also got stolen while living here and they don’t have cameras anywhere on the premises not even when entering or exiting. The time I lived here my AC went out 5 times one of the times for a whole week during the summer no accommodations were set up for me I had to figure it out on my own. They constantly are cycling through employees and they were rude at times or simply unprofessional specifically Bri. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is one because there’s two office employees Nancy and Melissa who were always so respectful/kind and very helpful. The second reason is their maintenance employees were always super nice and respectful would try help as much as they could. Very much a learning experience for future residences of mine.
