The forest is great. Excellent native landscape. And the trails show it off well. Many of the trails are rather overgrown though.

Lake is small manmade with a small dam. Folks fishing on the beach against the rules. Signage was pretty poor throughout. Road through the middle of the park is noisy and full of speeders. No check-in for cabins or campsite. Store and nature center was closed all weekend.
