It's Kanasas, it is a resouvour and when we were there at the end of July the water was very low on the lake. Coyotie sniffed our tent in the middle of the night, mosquitos were large and plenty. Showers great and easy self service pay camping.

There really was an owl there almost every night. 5400 feet high brings cool nights. Tie your tent down we had a few suprize winds and rains. Mountain prevent weather radar from detecting these storms. Camp sites are better for motor homes than tents as the spaces are small, but no hookups.
