Beautiful and sort of undiscovered campground with sites for tenting or travel trailers with hookups as well as quaint cabins. Each site has a fire pit and dry split hardwood firewood is just $6.00 for all you can put in a provided milk crate. Free hot showers at the bath house and a coin-op laundry facility. Trash and recycling bins are onsite. Great kids play area with covered picnic platform with tables for your gatherings. Large sandy beach area perfect for kids or that late afternoon dip.Owner is so energetic and very personable, she lives at the campground and expects no nonsense in the evenings. Canoe, kayaks and paddle board rentals available and the fishing is great. Loons, ducks and owls in the evening are commonplace along with many other native birds. Pleasant Mountain hiking trails are near by with one trail within a short walking distance from the campground. Small boat launch and docks are part of the campground.
