USFS primitive campground, no services, pit toilet.
We went there right after a snow storm in early October, so we didn't camp. The road was very muddy on the surface, but solid underneath. Locals said there was good fishing in the lake and there was a single pit toilet, as the only facility. If you were looking for an out of the way, scenic, quiet place to camp or fish and you didn't need any facilities, if would be great. We saw some RV trailers nearby, so the road was usually good enough that you could also "boondock" with an RV nearby.
USFS trailhead, with a pit toilet and small parking area. Several trails are near here including hiking, horse and 4x4 trails. There are some map and interpretive signs and most of the site is pleasantly shady. Animals sometimes hang out around here, we saw a huge buck deer standing right across from the parking lait last fall.

THIS IS A RV CAMPGROUND, SO IT DOESN'T HAVE ROOMS, Google! Convienient location, but a bit of a cramped layout. Only a few pull thru sites for large RVs, the rest are back ins. Nice grounds, a play area and a small pool. Laundry on site.
