Campsite: Obsidian Campground

Beautiful place, the roads are muddy during the winter but we still had a good time. Don't take the first right the gps said to take about 5 miles down the dirt road, it took us to a pretty difficult road to traverse even in our SUV. We ended up turning around and taking a left. Lots of incredible mahogany obsidian.

Campsite: Stateline Reservoir Campgrounds

This is a really nice, tree-filled campground. The vault toilets aren't too bad early in the morning or at night. Water is easily accessible and tastes fine. There are a lot of camping spots and it's very dog friendly. We were in a tent, which was definitely in the minority of visitors, but it was a nice, relaxing time. Hubby and kids enjoyed the short walk to the lake for fishing.
