Campsite: Robinson Park Camping
It's a work in progress. An old limestone quarry that is being rewild. Small campground, no RV's
Rock climbing on the quarry walls, butnitnis limestone sonnet the best for anchors. I used it for access to trails that head north into the state park to see some waterfalls. I should have gone to the state park. The trail was rough at best.
Campsite: East Twin Lake NF Campground
Found this place on a foggy evening in the autumn. Decided I had to come back in the summer.
One of the nicest lackfront camping i have seen
Simple amenities like pit toilets, drinking water, picnic tables and fire rings.
The host knows the area well and is full of great suggestions.
Excelent location for bike camping.
Do not confuse with twin lake campground.
It's a small campground, a single family could book 3 sites and host a reunion.
Watch for turtle nesting in mid june
