Good horse camp, corrals stock water. Trails by river, to the beautiful waterfall, etc. are well maintained, with help of Back Country Horsemen of Washington, Mt Saint Helens chapter. Only negative is the condition of the road, lots of dips. Forestry received funding to repave by next year (2024). Until then, drive about 20mph to give yourself time to slow down/avoid the rough parts.
