It has wonderful fishing on the Douglas and Peton creek's. Has a campground with no hookups. There is water available and restrooms. For 2020 they have closed it for camping. You can park at the gate and walk in to fish.

Update: 2021 Campground is closed due to last year's Mullen Fire. Many trees are falling and it isn't safe. The trailhead is open. Just the area is having lots of trees falling so safety is a big factor when coming to the area.

Absolutely beautiful place. Nice secluded camping. No hookups, but the have a toilets on site.
