Campsite: Governors Landing Campground — Amistad National Recreation Area
Loved the views of the lake; we were able to blaze our own trail down to it from our own campsite (though there was a paved pathway to it elsewhere) to take in a gorgeous sunset.
The only downside to the area was how close the site is to the highway.
