Ok, well if ya like to live next to trashy people then this is the place for you, they give ya a list of rules which none are enforced. OH if ya love cats they can just walk all over without a leash, that’s what our neighbors did, they have 4 cats they kept letting them in and out of there camper. Also there entrance just absolutely 💯 POS!!! They can’t afford to fix a dam pothole! Seems like 85% live there full time and not a dam person knows how to CLEAN there YARD! Will Not go back nor recommend to stay. If ya know, ya know!
