There are 5.5 miles of unpaved, washboard, teeth-rattling roads to get in here. We made it in our 37-foot motorhome, but it took about 45 minutes! Other than that, this is a lovely, peaceful place to camp. We wouldn't do it again.

Most spots are suitable for smaller rigs than ours. Each site has a covered picnic shelter and fire ring with grill. Vault toilets, no hookups. There are water spigots, but I'm not sure there was any water available. We didn't pay the fee at the kiosk because there were no fee envelopes. A ranger came by almost daily, so I don't think they are charging the fee ($6 per day) currently.
